The Assembly and Logistics Centre in Stenovice near Pilsen offers completion, packaging and logistic services and plays a key role in the whole international supply chain of Sony DADC.
The European Service Centre operates in downtown Pilsen and serves the affiliated European companies and other external clients, mainly in the fields of back office, retail & customer service and IT functions.
The Central European Distribution Centre in Nyrany (Uherce) provides warehouse services for our European customers.
For our European Service Center we are looking for an experienced Financial Manager who will take care of our cash collection team, travel and expense department and accounting team. Position is based in Pilsen and has responsibility over teams in Pilsen (where is placed majority of team and services) and Prague (with smaller team focusing on service for French and Dutch speaking clients).
Manage Finance Operations department (50+ FTEs) providing cash collections services for external clients in four European territories and transactional accounting services for Sony DADC’s international sites.
Define and implement the departmental strategy and development to ensure stable service delivery, meet ever growing clients’ expectations as well as extend team’s abilities and service offering.
Manage onboarding of new clients and transition of services from other subsidiaries to the European Service Center.
Support process design, implementation and execution.
Drive efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure profitable service delivery compliant to clients’ specifications.
Plan, negotiate, monitor and report Service Level Agreements with internal and external clients. Drive corrective actions in case of non-compliance.
You will be responsible for team management (planning, staffing, training, evaluation and development of team resources and their capabilities).
Act as escalation point for clients. Drive Root Cause Analysis, containment, corrective and preventive actions for high impact issues.

University degree (Accounting or similar education).
At least more than 5 years of experience in the Finance/Accounting area.
Strong Professional experience in Accounting / Finance Administration/O2C Processes.
Willingness to travel on a business trips.
Experience in Oracle Financials platform (Oracle Enterprise suite).
Very strong leadership experience.
Experience in working in a Shared Service Center environment is a plus.
Strong process oriented skills combined with strong communication skills.
English and Czech language is a must, any additional language (German) is a plus.
